
I can’t believe I haven’t picked this up sooner! If you need a little idea for a quick cream eyeshadow look that will last all day, how about Rubenesque on your lid and Indianwood blended out in your crease? I think that just screams summer:) In fact, I did that for my meeting early this morning – it made it look like I had gotten more sleep than I really did last night by adding a little glow and it made my quick makeup look put together. Bare Study is a gorgeous light pink champagne colour that has a glossy sheen but no harsh glitter particles.

Despite almost owning this for 18 months, I had never written a whole review dedicated to the beauty that is the MAC Bare Study Paint Pot so here it is. Paint pots are definitely long wearing, but with my extremely oily eyelids I do have to use a primer underneath them. Rubenesque is no stray from that description! Trying to get the swatch off of my arm using just warm water and soap didn’t quite take it all off, and just running water over it barely effects it.
